For almost every small business!  The service has been created and designed with solopreneurs in mind but is not limited to a specific industry, product or service.

So far the Online Startup Toolkit has served Jewellery Designers, Massage Therapists, Online Networking Groups, Bridal Boutiques, Virtual Assistants, Window Cleaners, Property Maintenance Services, Recruitment Agents, Catering Kitchen Equipment Suppliers, Heating Engineers and more.

The website will be build on WordPress, using the Divi Page Builder. 

You will be the owner once all fees have been paid.

You will have full administrator access once the website has been published and all fees have been paid. 

You will be able to transfer your website to another host, should you wish to do so. 

That depends entirely on your requirements. The website will be bespoke to fit you and your business.

Your home page will contain the majority of your content but for sections where you have sufficient content to fill a standalone page, an additional page will be created. 

You can choose to write the content for your website yourself or if you are unsure what to write or don’t have many images, the copy (text) and images will be created for you.  You can then edit to suit your services and offerings. 

A timeline will be agreed with you based on when you are able to provide all of the required content and design time availability. Usually within 2-3 weeks.  

• Hosting
  Te second year will be charged at £150.00 per year when paying in full up front or you can spread the cost monthly for £15.00 per month.  The annual payment will save you £30.00. Please note you are agreeing to an annual commitment. 
• What if I want to move my hosting to another provider?
  You are free to move your website at any time. If you move your own site, there will be no charge. If you need the site to be moved for you there will be a £35.00 fee. 
• Domain Name
  The domain name will be registered for you on the domain anniversary for £15.00 per .co.uk domain and £20.00 per .com domain. You can move your domain name at any time. No additional fees apply, however your new domain host may charge you a transfer fee. 

Once the project is underway, any additional work requests will be considered by may be subject to additional charges. All additional work is time tracked and charged at £35.00 per hour.

Your logo will be designed to fit you and your business. You will be able to share your ideas, examples that you have seen and enjoy. Your logo will then be mocked up and discussed with you. The final logo will be delivered as png, jpeg, svg and eps in a variety for sizes suitable for the majority of standard needs. Additional formats are available on request.

You will be provided with login details that you can use with Outlook or the native email apps on Android or Apple devices. You can also choose for your business email to forward to your existing email, so that you are only using one mailbox that you are familiar with.

The Divi builder is very user-friendly and you will be given a short guide on how to navigate the back end of the site to make text edits, photo edits and upload blog posts.

I understand this can be daunting, so please don’t feel you are on your own. You can come back for support as and when needed. Additional fees apply.

All payments are taken securely using Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card. 

For the three monthly and monthly instalment plans, you will be asked to save your card details securely at the start of your subscription and your card will be auto-charged on the 1st of the following month.

3 month plan example:

Sign up for the service on the 15th of July.

• First instalment of £500.00 will be taken on the 15th of July.
• Second instalment of £500.00 will be taken on the 1st of August.
• Third and final instalment of £500.00 will be taken on the 1st of September.
• Service renewal for website hosting, domain name and email account will be due on the 1st of July of the following year. 

Monthly plan example:

Sign up for the service on the 15th of July.

• First instalment of £500.00 will be taken on the 15th of July.
• 10 instalments of £100.00 will be taken on the 1st of each month from the 1st of August.
• Service renewal for website hosting, domain name and email account will be due on the 1st of July of the following year. You can opt to pay for your services in full or spread the cost monthly for the second year onwards. 

Service renewal for:

• website hosting £150.00
• domain name registration £20.00
• email account £40.00
  TOTAL DUE: £210.00

You can opt to pay for your services in full or spread the costs monthly for the second year onwards. Please note there is a small admin fee included for paying month. The monthly fee will be £20.00 and includes the website hosting and monthly security maintenance, domain name registration and email account.

Prices are reliant on third-party providers and are subject to change.

You are not on your own. You will have a 2-week settling-in period where you can try everything out and receive support for any queries you might have. You will be given access to submit a ticket for support at any time and will receive a response within 24 hours.

After this period, you can pop back for support and additional projects at any time and all tasks will be time tracked and charged at the hourly rate of £35.00 per hour, billed at month end.

Sadly due to the nature of the services and work involved I cannot offer a full money back guarantee. However, I will always endeavour to work with you and fix any issues in a timely manner.
