I’m Nicki, founder of Let Nicki Help and creator of The Online Startup Toolkit. For the last nine years I’ve worked with dozens of small businesses, trades and solo service providers to get them visible, credible and easy to choose online.
Before that, I spent over 25 years as a PA and VA in IT, telecoms and brand focused roles for companies such as Avis Europe, O2 and Telefónica. I am used to being the person who sits between tech, operations and marketing, making sure everything works and looks the way it should.
Now I bring that experience to the people who need it most. I design and manage clean, conversion focused WordPress websites, create joined up branding and print, set up and optimise Google Business Profiles, and support clients with practical social media that actually helps them get found by the right people.
